Lucky Baby Policies

All domestic cloth diaper orders are shipped by the lowest cost method available, whether it be UPS, FedEx, or the USPS.  We offer extremely competitive shipping rates.  Domestic shipping is a flat charge of $5.95 for any order under $75.01.  Orders with subtotals greater than $75.00 are free of shipping charges within the entire United States. 

International orders are charged actual shipping & handling via the lowest cost option of US Mail, UPS, or FedEx.  Contact us with your full shipping address so that we can provide an exact cost.  We will then email a PayPal invoice for the order total to pay online via PayPal or credit card.
 

At the Lucky Baby LLC, we stand behind our services and our vendor's products.  Pre-authorization is required for all returns.  Returns must be made within 45 days of the shipping date.  Depending on the product purchased, there may be restocking fees.  Unless there is a physical defect, for hygenic reasons, used items or  items that are not in the original and/or sealed packaging are not returnable.  Any orders placed via PayPal will also be refunded through PayPal.  This type of refund typically takes a 2-4 days to clear.  Any reward points that have been awarded for the purchase will be removed from the account.

If an item is returned that received free or discounted shipping, the difference of the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.  Items that are being exchanged or returned for store credit will not be required to pay for the original discounted or free shipping cost.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
 

When price changes occur, the web pages are updated as promptly as possible, however, all prices are subject to change without prior notification.
 

Reward points and other discounts will not be authorized for Gift Certificates.
 

the Lucky Baby LLC values the privacy of its website visitors.  We only collect personal information such as name and e-mail address if it is freely provided on a registration form, order form, blog, or e-mail.  Any information you provide is for internal use only and is not to be made available to any outside company or organization except in instances where it is necessary to complete the transaction.  All credit card information taken by PayPal when placing an order is blocked from access by the Lucky Baby LLC.

Any e-mail addresses provided by the website visitor may be used for future contact by the Lucky Baby LLC for further notifications, advertising, etc.  Anyone contacted by the Lucky Baby LLC as a result of e-mail address use may choose to be removed from the e-mail list at any time.  All e-mail lists will remain the sole property of the Lucky Baby LLC and will not be sold or shared with any outside company or organization.
